Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For bulk or palletized deliveries, our logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate a specific drop-off time.

What is your return policy for construction supplies?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain materials, such as custom-mixed paint, cut-to-size timber, or special-order aggregates, are non-returnable.

Do you offer job site delivery for large projects?

Yes, CSR Building Supplies specializes in job site delivery. Depending on the order volume and location, we utilize crane trucks (hiabs) or flatbeds to ensure your materials are placed exactly where you need them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For professional contractors and trade accounts, we also offer bank transfer options and credit terms subject to application approval.

Are the materials you sell compliant with local building codes?

Absolutely. All products stocked by CSR Building Supplies meet or exceed national industry standards and local building regulations. We provide technical data sheets and certifications upon request for all structural materials.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been loaded for transport. Please contact our customer service team immediately at our support line for urgent changes.
