You can use the sponge on both sides, and thanks to its super-clean deep cleaning, your aquarium glass will be sparkling clean from the inside and outside. Even stubborn algae have no chance compared to the BlueWave.

The sponge cleans best when you work with light to medium pressure. Then, like a dirt eraser, the stable BlueWave cleaning sponge takes away any dirt particles that sit on the glass and don't belong there - without any cleaning agents.

Like all Jöst aquaristic products, the BlueWave is gentle on the glass and does not scratch the aquarium panes - however, you must make sure that you do not trap any grains of sand or gravel when cleaning. To get your aquarium glass really clean from the outside, you should briefly hold the BlueWave under the water beforehand so that it is slightly damp.

Before using for the first time, lightly wash the BlueWave cleaning sponge with tap water or briefly squeeze it out in a bucket of freshwater. After cleaning, the sponge is also rinsed out briefly. Let it dry, then you can keep your BlueWave cleaning sponge for a long time and use it again and again.
